About Us

In the Beginning:

In the summer of 1998, a 12-year-old Paul Fuller was eager to earn money.  Luckily, his father taught him how to maintain the family yard and drafted a beautiful flyer to distribute throughout the neighborhood.  An entrepreneur at heart, rather than be the kid out playing, Paul spent his weekends going door to door leveraging his newly learned push-mowing skills and acquiring regular customers.

Branching out:

Throughout High School Paul worked to grow his business.  He developed a reputation as "the guy who would show up when scheduled and provided quality work."  With his commitment to punctuality and excellence, and good old fashion word of mouth advertising, the company flourished.

On August 1, 2008, Paul's Lawn and Landscape was incorporated and grew from a single family business to supporting the families of his 25 employees.  Customers began requesting additional landscape services such as planting trees and flowers, or installing retaining walls and building shade structures.  It didn't take long for the landscape services to quickly become a major division of the company.

Paul's Today:

Paul’s Lawn and Landscape continues to grow and expand thanks to word-of-mouth referrals from highly satisfied customers. Soliciting and maintaining competent skilled employees who give attention to detail and take pride in their work.   Employees who have the knowledge and expertise to bring customers' landscaping visions to life are the company's top priority.

The company will consider expanding services as requests develop, while keeping quality customer service and project completion at the forefront of all business decisions.  We value growing into a company with a broad range of services to better serve the continuously evolving needs of families and business owners.

Company Philosophy

“I believe people should be given the opportunity to grow.  Whether learning a new skill, providing for their families, or even encouraging them to start their own company.

Through mentorship and modeling of life skills and professional skills, we strive to teach our employees to have a sense of pride in the work they perform.  The quality of work is more important than the quantity of work.

Our customers benefit from this work ethic with outstanding service, reasonable prices, and on time project completion."
