Process to get a Landscape Estimate

-Complete the online form providing us with information about your project.

-An appointment will be scheduled with a landscape consultant who will come to your property and discuss your project.

-Once measurements are taken and a basic design is set, your consultant will research the costs to complete your project.  This might take as long as 7 days.

- Once he has an accurate cost to complete the project, an estimate with that information will be emailed to the address you provided.  You should receive this estimate in 5 to 7 business days.  If the project is extensive it might take longer to get all the costs together.

-The quoted prices in the estimate are valid from 15 days from the date you receive the estimate.  If acceptance is made after 15 days prices are subject to change.

-If you want to discuss the estimate or make changes just call the office.
To accept the finalized estimate please reply to the email stating that you accept.  Yes, we will need that in writing, please.

-A Down Payment of 50% will be required to start the job.  The balance will be due once the project is completed.

Process to get a lawn maintenance estimate

-Complete the online form providing us with all the requested information.

-Once we have all the needed information, we will use google maps to access the size of your property and determine the cost to keep your property looking excellent.  If we can’t get a good view of your property, we will send someone by your property to make a visual assessment.
When a cost has been set you will be emailed an estimate along with a Service Agreement.

-Paul’s Lawn and Landscape offers weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) services.

-The Estimate will explain how much your services will cost, the day of the week the property will be serviced and the date of your first service.
To accept the estimate, you will need to complete and sign the Service Agreement (it is in Docu Sign so it’s really easy) and return to us.

-All our lawn maintenance customers are set up on Auto Pay to avoid the hassle of remembering to pay us each month.  An AutoPay form will also be included with the Service Agreement. It is important to read all the documents carefully and contact us with any questions.

-Once we have the signed agreement you will be all set up to receive your regular no hassle lawn maintenance.
